Smart 4 Paws, Inc. DBA Find Toby in PA is led by an all-volunteer Board of Directors who steer the organization to pursue our mission of bringing lost pets home. Our FaceBook page, Find Toby in PA, is staffed from 8am to 10pm by a team of more than 40 administrator volunteers. We also have field volunteers who help with posting flyers, following up on sightings, setting traps & trail cameras to help reunite lost pets.
